TERMS

Rules

• Createo is a place where EVERYONE is to be treated with respect, regardless of the position they’re in.
• Swearing is allowed, but do not use it to harass, intimidate, embarrass, or hurt other players.
• Do not harass staff or false report for any reason. They are here to help you, not entertain your nonsense.
• There is to be no discrimination of any kind to any group or individual. This includes but is not limited to race, age, gender, religion, nationality, sexual orientation and mental state.

Fair Gameplay Experience

• Use of any external software used for gaining an unfair advantage in the game is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempts to attack the game using DDoS, Exploits, etc. will result in legal action and termination of your account!
• Impersonating staff is prohibited.
• Punishment evasion will result in an instant termination.
• Scamming other players using methods such as lies; trickery and devious methods is prohibited and is punishable up to a permanent lock with trading/dropping on the offender’s account.
• Sending fraudulent claims to support will result in a permanent ban from support.
• Spamming the chat is prohibited.
• Attempting to harm other player’s gaming experience by abusing exploits that can potentially slow down/crash other’s clients will result in instant termination!
• If a bug or exploit is found, report it to staff immediately. Bug abuse is strictly prohibited and will result in instant termination!

Intellectual Property

• Summer Studios, LLC is the sole owner of Createo’s Intellectual Property Rights.
• All assets in updates published by our development team are fair to use in content creation. Leaking or sharing of unreleased assets will result in a lawsuit for violating the NDA, which was signed when joining Summer Studios LLC, and instant termination of the account!
• It is strictly prohibited to sell any artwork or application containing Createo and/or Summer Studios assets or code.
• Producing merchandise and/or clone games using Createo assets and sprites is strictly prohibited. Usage of any of them without permission is punishable by law.
